Quality Assurance Steps Taken By Us
- No animal protein, flesh or blood is allowed inside the factory premises.
- The freshest of the fish is used in the manufacturing process.
- A sample from every lot is sent to the local inspection agency to ensure freshness and quality.
- Proper cooling of the cargo excludes a mould or lump formation.
- Only after the receipt of test report of satisfaction from the reputed Testing Agency, the cargo is loaded to the container.
- The whole cargo is fumigated to protect it from insects.
- Periodic inspection, to ascertain the proper standards of hygiene, by the local Health officials is made to ensure stringent quality standards.
- Company complies with all the procedures laid down by HACCP.
